Return and Exchange – boutique Una Vera Star allows you to return or exchange an ordered item within 14 days of receiving it. When the return/exchange is due to resizing, unsatisfaction with the look of the item, change of the item, the courier services are to be paid by the customer.

If there is a mistake on the part of Una Vera Star, the transportation expenses are paid by the boutique. In case of exchange, the new product is sent to the customer after receiving the returned one. At the time of return - the money will be sent back within 14 working days. The product, which was sent for replacement / return, must be in an intact commercial look, with the receipt and the form for return, complaints, and exchange.
